The Golden Triangle is the NR2 wedge between Colman Road, Earlham Road and Newmarket Road, built from the 1840s to the early 1900s and named by estate agents in the 1980s. Unthank Road is its spine and its shopping street.

Who this suits
Professionals, families and a large slice of UEA's students live here, and most of them can walk to a class and would have to drive to a squat rack. If your training is classes, pilates or swimming, the Golden Triangle is the best postcode in Norwich. If it is barbells, join somewhere else and accept the ten minute journey.
