It occupies Unit 1 at 5 Whiffler Road, sharing the address with Highball Climbing and a pole and dance studio, in what has quietly become the most interesting fitness building in the city.
It is expanding: the Whiffler Road site is doubling. Hours run half six in the morning to half seven at night, Monday to Saturday, closed Sundays, which covers both ends of a working day without pretending to be a 24 hour operation. For women who want a gym floor rather than a class programme, this is the first call in Norwich.
